Darren F. Finestone – President

Darren brings to Lion Technology Finance a wealth of experience in the equipment finance industry. As a VP at two separate lease companies he has been the top salesman for five years, funding over $500 million in equipment, has managed & maintained many vendor relationships, has managed a sales force, and has acted as a lead liaison to important lenders in structuring transactions. Darren earned his B.A. (Political Science) from Columbia University in 1991 and his J.D from Pepperdine University in 1995. Darren resides in Los Angeles, CA with his wife and two kids. He and his family are active tennis players.

Arvind (Evan) Cadambi – Vice-President

Arvind has worked in the asset finance industry for the last 12 years. He held sales and management roles with an independent lessor and Macquarie Corporate & Asset Finance. During his tenure he was responsible for direct originations of over \$200 million in equipment leases and loans to a wide spectrum of companies with focuses on technology, manufacturing, and medical. Furthermore, he originated large lease facilities for many well-known venture capital backed and private equity backed companies. He is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, with a BA in Political Science. Arvind resides in Tustin, CA with his wife.

Albert Royale – Vice-President

Albert is a seasoned leasing and financing professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in the media and entertainment industries. He has a proven track record of managing a sales force and growing portfolios, having previously worked at Celtic Commercial Finance and First Foundation Bank, where he oversaw a book of more than $120 million.  Albert is passionate about helping businesses secure the financial and leasing solutions they need to thrive. Outside of work, he is a dedicated CrossFit enthusiast, committed to health, discipline, and personal growth.
