Personal info for all owners over 19% (SSN, DOB, home address)
Last 3 months of business bank statements (primary checking account)

Credit / Underwriting

We may pull commercial and personal credit reports and review bank statements (e.g., PayNet, Dun & Bradstreet, Experian).
Credit decisions are typically based on credit score(s), time in business, and overall credit history.
We’ll also evaluate comparable credit and payment history.
For transactions above $500,000, we may request financial statements to support the request.

Approval

Once approved, we’ll send the terms and walk through any changes you’d like to make (term length, down payment, structure, etc.).

Documentation

To prepare contract documents, we'll typically need:

Invoice
Driver’s license for all signers

Documents can be sent via DocuSign or PDF (print/sign/return).

Funding

To fund, we typically need:

Signed documents
Void check for ACH
Insurance certificate (property + general liability)
W-9 and wire/ACH instructions for the seller

For titled vehicle transactions:

Copy of front and back of title (with assignment mock-up completed)
Seller-signed guarantee of title

This process can be completed in as little as two business days.
